Unless stated otherwise, Tarquin Roller Garage Doors are guaranteed against defect of material or workmanship, subject to the correct installation, maintenance and operation for a period of 2 years from the date of installation.

The Classic and Compact roller garage doors have an extended 5 year guarantee, with wood laminate finishes carrying a 10 year guarantee.

Somfy and NRG Econom motors are guaranteed against product defects for a period of 5 years.

Any claim for damaged product must be made within 3 days of delivery.  Tarquin Garage Doors will supply all the necessary parts to enable installers to complete a repair.  These parts will be invoiced in the first instance, but will then be credited after the goods have been returned and the warranty has been authorized by the manufacturer.

Where parts are suspected to be faulty, please contact the office in order to obtain an NC number.  When returning goods, ensure they are packaged appropriately and are clearly labelled with your details and the NC number.  Should you require the goods to be collected by Tarquin Garage Doors, please contact the office to arrange.

Please note, the warranty terms do not extend to cover labour and consequential loss arising from any claim.
